Can someone help my budgie?

I have two budgies, a girl and a boy one. We were given the budgies by a friend who has an Avery and I felt sorry for our girl budgie who had a broken foot but had heeled but was still weak. We adapted the cadge so food and water were always on the bottom of the cage and around the cadge for our boy budgie. Petal our girl budgie didn't move much anyway but now she is just sitting on the floor of the cage looking lifeless. She still eats and drinks normally but just sits on the floor and doesn't move but to clean herself. We noticed this about 3 days ago and since Joey who is our boy budgie has become really excitable and squawking and squeaking all the time. We don't know weather Petal is pregnant or ill. Can someone help us figure out what is wrong with her? Thank you.
