Can you explain this?...for science experts?

Rose petals have a type of wax. When they have water on them you'll notice the water beads up.. This isn't really a scientific phenomenon but it is quite ibtersting to botonists how certain flowers contain such strange chemicals to perform strange acts. Now, the water, it is polor. Such means it is "flexible" basically. A small hair can fall in it and it will make large ripples. Water molds to different shapes and so it all basically goes with the flow. What I'm saying concerning the water, is that you might have breathed in thru your nose or mouth(that's how sensitive water is) ad it brought the petals toward you but of course the roses had the wax to to with it which is what helped it stay in the water.
