I was arrested in 06 for criminal mischeif for throwing a beer bottle at a sign at a party I did not hit the sign but was forced into confession by the chief investigator who also smoked pot with the family pushing my arrest, anyways I was denied the right to my phone call and an attorney until after the police forced me to say that I did hit the sign or I would have to sit in jail for 3 days and the would make sure I faced serious jail time(i was scared and only 18 at the time) so I said what they told me to say. I was in and out of court for 15 months and they kept postponing my courtdate for another month, the my public defender who was friends with the judge and chief investigator told me to plead guilty though I was denying that I did anything illegal he said that if I did this the I would get 1-2 yrs probation max and have to pay for the sign and just so all this would finally be over I plead guilty and the judge gave me 5yrs probation and a felony charge for a sign! So 1 1/2 yrs ago I stopped going to my P.O.s because he made me take a drug class even tho I never failed a drug test for him the last one I failed was about 1 1/2 yr before that with a dif. P.O. The class was once a week and I was staying 2 hrs away working and could not afford the gashomosexual remarks to me and I don't trust the law or judicial systems anymore bc they screwed my life up so I did not report him I just stopped going. And now with just 1 yr left on my probatiom the quire P.O. Violated my probation for using illegal drugs(it has been 3+yrs since I smoked pot) and failure to attend the drug class which I should have never had to attend in the first place. With all that said I guess my question is, what can I do to get this taken care of without facing jail time? And just because I have a bench warrant out does that mean I will most lilely face jail time or could I get all this dropped with a decent attorney under the circumstances?..

Should i file lawsuit or not?

i was diagnosed with attention deficit. was supposed to get accommodation for courses but one professor denied accommodation. i got B+ in the course even after the denial of accommodation. However, if i had gotten the accommodation as listed by disability i could have gotten A+. Later the school apologized and said never again will i be denied accommodation. But attorney says i still have a case. Attorney said cost of case will be 2500 and that everything is already proven and that its straight forward case. So should I sue or forget? i think if i do the case, professor will lose his job for sure but I don't know what I will gain out of it. I doubt there will be any significant type of compensation because I already got a good grade. However, because my A+ grade ruined, i think it would be good to get professor fired. Can someone help my budgie?

I have two budgies, a girl and a boy one. We were given the budgies by a friend who has an Avery and I felt sorry for our girl budgie who had a broken foot but had heeled but was still weak. We adapted the cadge so food and water were always on the bottom of the cage and around the cadge for our boy budgie. Petal our girl budgie didn't move much anyway but now she is just sitting on the floor of the cage looking lifeless. She still eats and drinks normally but just sits on the floor and doesn't move but to clean herself. We noticed this about 3 days ago and since Joey who is our boy budgie has become really excitable and squawking and squeaking all the time. We don't know weather Petal is pregnant or ill. My gas pedal got stuck?

What should I do about this situation? Please Help?

Last year I violated my probation for not paying the probation fee's or any restitution. I have been under psychiatric care for well over 3 years with a history of Major Depression, Bi-Polar, Psychosis, ADHD and a few other things like several suicide attempts. My Psychiatrist at the time was very good with me spent 45 minutes with me each session to talk to me and also do meds which is uncommon for most Psychiatrist who only see you for 10 mins fill out scripts and send you on your way. Well my Psychiatrist at the time wrote me a letter for court that was very detailed in listing all of my diagnosis's and he even listed my meds I was taken for each problem and what they were for which is like 10 different medications. That letter helped me tremendously in court because the judge read the letter and a minute later said case dismissed we are going to terminate his probation and let him go. Now this year I have a new case pending and a new Psychiatrist because my old one retired and this guy and his secretary tell me they will not write any such letter with any information on it for me. They just flat out refuse. Is there anything I can do to make him write me a letter? I mean all I'm asking for is a simple letter that states "To Whom It May Concern...... list my diagnosis's and med list stating what each medication is for." What is the harm in that? Why is my Psychiatrist being such a butt whole? And for the record I'm not some serious criminal I really do have a lot of medical issues that cause me to someones black out and be impulsive.

Forced Medical Reclass?

I am in the Michigan Army National Guard and I just graduated basic training. In week 7 of bct I fractured my pelvis. I was able to graduate and then following graduation I went home for 30 days on Convelesent leave to have some healing time before AIT. My MOS is 68W (combat medic). After the 30 days I had to go back to Fort Jackson to be outprocessed but first I had to see a physical therapist to get my return to duty orders. They gave me a perment profile (6 months no running) BUT said I was ok to go to Fort Sam Houston for AIT.... when I arrived at Fort Sam and showed the sergeants my profile they immediatley said there's no way i could do medic training and I would have to reclass... The sergeant also gave me a counseling statment stating that I have violated my MOS obligations and when I went to see the National Guard Leasion they said that because I violated my MOS obligations that I won't get to have a choice as to what my new MOS is...I've been told that that is not true though. And I'm not sure how they can say I violated my obligations considering I got injured during bct doing what I was told to do...thier response was "well its not our fault." I've been talking to other soldiers here at AIT and some say I will be a holdover for a long time, anywhere between 3-12 months. I really need some advice, I feel like I'm being messed with and I won't allow them to do that. I feel I should have say in my new MOS and I couldn't imagine being a holdover for that long...Any advice would be much appreciated...Should I talk to JAG? I'm just looking for any information as possible. Also my battle buddy here is in the exact situation with me, we went to bct together and have the same stress fracture and are together here at AIT, only difference is that she is Active First National Guard so she is being processed as active. They created 3 different fake emails resetting my password countless times making many new ones and made the security questions to their advantage one of the questions for example is "why do you want to get into my email?" They messaged my little brother and said they have everything which i believe they don't. As I was driving, there was a cop in the far right lane, she switched all the way over and entered the carpool lane tightly behind me because I was trying to maintain the speed limit. After following me for about 5 minutes she stopped me and I was shocked and had no idea why. After I pulled over, she came up to my car and accussed me of speeding. She claimed I was driving 75 mph. There is NO WAY that I was going that speed. What I think happened was that she thought I was alone in the car and violating the carpool lane laws and pulled me over but then once she saw my son sleeping, she had to come up with an excuse and claimed I was going 75. I saw her behind me and there was no way any normal person would speed if a cop was following them. I tried to maintain my 65 speed but a person driving on the freeway, with their foot on the gas may have speed fluctuations between 65-70 and that is just normal! I didn't want to sign the ticket because it said I was going 75 but she told me I ahd to and that I could take it to court (which I will). She also said that she can give me a speeding ticket for going 66 when I protested that my speed was definitely less than 70. I told her that people don't usually drive with their cruise control on 65 on the freeway! It's not safe! So, what should I do? Will the judge believe me if I just tell the truth?

I Think My Puppy Might Be Sick?

I have a 3 month old maltese/shih tzu please no insults about him being a mutt. This morning my mom took him for a walk in a newer area, it was a big grassy hill. She came home and said he ate A LOT of weeds and a rose petal. Half an hour after, he started throwing up, he threw lots of weeds and some of his food, we thought it was no big deal. Then he fell asleep, then woke up again and threw up some more but very little. He continued to do this throwing up very little at a time, until he just started throwing up some whit liquid, So the last time he threw up was about an hour and a half ago. And he's just sleeping or laying down he seems to have no energy and he doesn't want to drink, my mom says not to worry yet. The vets not open today but she has an emergency number and does housecalls? Should I be really worried, I dont want anything bad to happen he's my baby and I hate seeing him like this. Yes it is "special" pleading to say the least. A lot of individuals especially Christian fanatics are not worth arguing with they possess no level of rational thought and thus they are subjugated to weak ideas which are groundless and have no real base. The best thing you could do is sell the house amd move away from her.... space is a marvelous thing when someone has Borderline..... If you absolutely can not move make sure that there are consequences for her actions..... ALWAYS keep your door locked and tell her that she HAS to call before she comes over then if she knocks at night call the police. If the police show up a time or two and she expects you to call them everytime she trespasses when she shouldn't she will stop doing it. She may throw a fit and call you names and say horrible things but you have to ignore that and stick to your guns.... Eventually if she has to face the consequences of bad behavior she will adjust her behavior.... If she threatens suicide then call the police to have them 5150 her... if she gets sent to the psych ward a time or two she will stop threatening suicide as just a threat..... been there done that with my mother..... To guys: The concept of multiple crushes and chasing after one of them?

I think I generally treat girls like that a little differently than any other girls. I would smile a little more around them, and compliment them and what not. Nothing big, just a comment on the way she's dressed or something like that. There are different ways a guy can like a girl, though. A crush is a crush, but even as a teenager you can like someone a lot. There's a certain way a guy looks at a girl he really likes. You can always tell, because it looks different from the way he looks at anyone else. But I think guys tend to smile more around girls the kind like in general. Even if it isn't a serious crush, there's no reason not to pursue it. Personally, if there was a girl I had a crush on, and I thought would be a good match for me, I'd go after her. It can always turn into something later, or it can just end, because, as you said, it's not a life commitment. But I don't think I would want to miss an opportunity. This all kind of depends on the guy though. There are guys who are only interested in finding the hottest girl, and then there are guys who care about personality and such. I can't help but be a romantic, so my answers probably lean pretty strongly to the sensitive guy side. Guys who care more about looks tend to be more bold with their hints. Like coming right out and saying that they think a girl is hot. It's always a good indicator if the guy texts you or chats you or something. That means he wants to talk to you, even when he doesn't have to. In personal experience, I've talked to multiple guys who were head over heels for one girl, though. Can my husband modify custody?

My husband has two 4 year old boys. He has joint legal custody and a set visitation schedule. A nurse took my blood without my say so.?

I was wondering if it is Illegal for a nurse to take my blood without my say so? I was forced to go to the hospital because I had a very very bad migraine. Speeding ticket while on court supervision?

I got a speeding ticket in june of 2009 and a second speeding ticket in Dec 2010. About a month later I got a letter in the mail from the SOS saying my license was suspended for 3 months. I didn't even know that getting two tickets within two years while being under the age of 21 would cause your license to be suspended and I have 2 kids so I needed to be able to drive. I went to court on a motion to vacate and did a 4 hour driving class online and received court supervision for 120 days to lift up the 2nd ticket. Today on my way to work I got pulled over for going (as the ticket says) 51 in a 35. I was sure I was going about 45 and I let off the gas as soon as I saw the posted speed of 35. But a few seconds after passing the sign the cop pulled me over and said I was going 51. My court supervision is over in 5 days, and I don't have to go to court for the ticket I got today. Is this going to be considered violating my supervision? Will I loose my license?

Why is my Endless Summer Hydrandgea wilting?!?

We planted this hydrangea bush on Thursday the 2nd. The "growing tips" card it came with said it required full sun. So we planted it in a spot along the fence that gets sun from 8:00am until 3:00 in the afternoon that gets full sun. We water it everyday. It was planted in potting soil and dirt mix. It is only a mere 5 days since it was planted and its beginning to wilt! The leaves that were bold and green are shriveling up and turning brown, and the petals have dried and are falling off. We have done research and seem to be getting conflicting information. Does anyone know how tofix this problem? We are in a 5/6 zone. Thanks!

What happens when I violate my unsupervised probation three times and I don't have enough money for a lawyer?

I was placed on unsupervised probation when I was 17 for a possession charge in st louis, mo. Now I'm 18, and about a month ago I was charged with possession (weed) and paraphernalia (scale). A couple weeks later I was pulled over and charged with paraphernalia (pipe). I have no money for a lawyer, and my first court date is tonight. Renting an apartment in san Diego ?

we are a family of 3, when we moved into this apartment in san Diego, the rental manager said that for a 2 bedroom unit they only allow 3 people and for a single bedroom unit only 2 people is allowed. when we were at the office there were two other fAmilies that the manager turned down because she said that they have rules that maximum if 3 can only live in a two bedroom unit, but when we signed our lease there was nothing on the agreement that says we cant have more than 4 occupants in the unit,our dilemma is this we have been living in the apartment for more than a year and now we are expecting our second child which makes us four..right now we are in no situation to move out .. is the apartment company violating any rules/law with regards to accepting tenants and do we have rights if they say that since we are now going to be 4 in our family we have to move out.

When you get all excited about her new makeup, take a trip to the clothing section and pick something out that flatters her fuller figure. When she tries it on, tell her how slimming her outfit is...get her some LONG skinny jeans if she can pull them off and see if she likes a nude heel with the pant coming down over the top. It will make her look long and lean, and with the right top, she will look like a new woman. Make sure to try things on too so it doesn't look like an intervention. Tell her that she looks thinner and sexier by having a little mystery and maybe she will hide that belly. Less is more. Petals turning downwards says it was probably a Coneflower hybrid. Google pics of Gray-headed coneflower. There's also a Green-headed coneflower with down-turning petals, but they don't turn down as much. These two are natives where I am, but there are a lot of hybrids.

It has a long thin stem that is about 1 1/2 feet tall, and it has a medium sized purple flower on the top of it. The petals at the tips look "cut" so that they have several points on the tips. What is this yellow flower/weed?

I have recently been trying to grow marigolds from seed, and as it grew I noticed the stem and leaves were not at all like the adult stem and leaves but maintained the hope that it was just immature and would change, but today it flowered into a very small yellow flower with little rods inside the petals and the stem is green with a creeping red that just started showing and long thin smooth oval leaves on a single stock. It is in a pot in my screened in pool area so I had hoped no weeds would get in, but now I am unsure. I got the seed from a little ceramic egg I got from Lowes but I broke the egg and planted it in garden soil I bought that same day and I live in central Florida if that helps.

My boyfriend Violated his Probation, Questions?

My boyfriend went to jail in the past (last year, about four months) he got out & was put on probation. He was doing good and up until March he caught two charges and his probation was violated. It was resisting to a public officer charge & misd. Of a weapon. He went to court about two times after that throughout the period of time, his final court date is tomorrow because he got a continuance. He's been paying off his fee's, doing community service & has had really good behavior and is going to online school, he's been doing real good. He faces up to two years in prison. His probation officer said he would put in some good words for him considering his behavior has changed a lot. I'm wondering if its possible for him to get more probation time instead of going to jail? Is that possible at all? I know really nothing about court or probation.

What can I do if the cop issuing a traffic violation lied?

I was driving on the 405 freeway which has a speed limit of 65. I was in the carpool lane and my baby was sleeping in his carseat in the back. My speed was between 65-70 approximately. As I was driving, there was a cop in the far right lane, she switched all the way over and entered the carpool lane tightly behind me because I was trying to maintain the speed limit. After following me for about 5 minutes she stopped me and I was shocked and had no idea why. After I pulled over, she came up to my car and accussed me of speeding. She claimed I was driving 75 mph. There is NO WAY that I was going that speed. What I think happened was that she thought I was alone in the car and violating the carpool lane laws and pulled me over but then once she saw my son sleeping, she had to come up with an excuse and claimed I was going 75. I saw her behind me and there was no way any normal person would speed if a cop was following them. I tried to maintain my 65 speed but a person driving on the freeway, with their foot on the gas may have speed fluctuations between 65-70 and that is just normal! I didn't want to sign the ticket because it said I was going 75 but she told me I ahd to and that I could take it to court (which I will). She also said that she can give me a speeding ticket for going 66 when I protested that my speed was definitely less than 70. I told her that people don't usually drive with their cruise control on 65 on the freeway! It's not safe! So, what should I do? Will the judge believe me if I just tell the truth?

(If you have direct tv try silky soul or zen) And set up little "stations" where you want to hang out. And go at it all night moving from station to station! I'm 23 and my boyfriend is 36... Funny,but I have the New Western Plant Encyclopedia sitting right in front of me. I really,really would love to give you all the information it gives in the book, but how are you going to learn about them for yourself if you have someone else tell you instead of studying it? I think you would get allot more out of the lesson if you went to the Library and did some research. It probably will come in handy later on it life. Believe me, I would help you out but I keep seeing my Dad standing behind me looking over my shoulder,and Dad says no,let them learn it on their own.( Dad is a Ghost now)
