DRAWING FROM ONE TREE HILL?

hi, so i remember a few yrs back i was watching one tree hill and peyton(i think) was doing this artwork. it was outside with chalk. it was a red heart that said #1 in it and it had yellow petals surrounding it. does anyone of u remember?can u tell me where i can find it? like please if u know the episode, season. thank u very muchh.
