How can I transfer my Money from Iran To USA that NOT Violate the sanction rules?

My wife and kids have received their legal immigrant status 6 months back and now we wish to sell our life savings home,car etc and transfer to USA to start our New life. Considering sanction regulations and embargoes by home land security etc, how we can do that to still be legal and NOt Violate any USA low?
