I think he's cheating ??? help plz?

Okay so me and my bf have been dating on and off for 4 years and i think hes cheating on me. In high school I did him wrong but i confessed to it and we were just kids and we make mistakes. But he did me wrong over the summer of'10 he didn't cheat but he lied to me on several occasions which almost left me homeless in NY ! which is no bueno. His family HATES me like SUPER hates me his sisters made a fake facebook with my pictures and humiliated me and his grandma left me with no place to stay while I was pregnant. I ended up miscarrying due to stress =/ now we both decided to try it again and ya know hopefully make things work but its just not working. Im insecure about his family and my gut is telling me he's cheating. He told me that he wanted to try to make another baby but i just can't bring a child into this world like this. Soo I secretly got on birth control. Now im in Ohio for school im getting my degree in medical assistance and then eventually going for my RN and he's over in NY by himself and we decided to do the long distance thing and try to see each other whenever we can. But lately he's been talkin about hanging out with a "friend" his named Samantha who he had sexual relationships with in the past. Well a couple of nights ago he got s**t faced with her and another girl Evie and Evie likes him and Samantha has been pressuring him to f**k or have a 3 some for awhile now. [Yeaa he tells his Gf this stuff SMH] and so they got drunk and he didnt come home that night i waited for him to get on facebook all night he claims that he got soo drunk that he passed out at her crib ! Sooo i got rly mad he said well her brother and older sister were there but idk just wasnt buyin it. when i said i rly think you cheatin on me he laughed ?? o_______O like seriously and then we kept fighting and he said some hurtful things about my appearance now mind you ima model and he basically called me ugly so i broke up with him and told him i needed time now tonight i got on facebook after we said we were going to bed and i said what are you doing up he replies talkin to sumone i said ok well who he says a friend and i got tight like a friend he claims its just his boy am i stupid for stickin around and should i take him back ?
