If I'm a girl, and I say good luck to a guy is it bueno suerte or buena suerte?

It's "Buena suerte".. It doesn't have to do with you being a girl, it has to do with the fact that suerte is a feminine noun and the bueno/a needs to end in an 'a' to reflect that.
